We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist in communication & collaboration to join the team of our Client. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of the Microsoft Teams platform and may also take part in project/program management activities to deliver projects within the team.
As a collaboration communications systems engineer, you have a fundamental understanding of networking, telecommunications, audio/visual and meeting room technologies, and identity and access management. You’re proficient in managing and monitoring meetings and certified devices by using: Microsoft Teams admin centre, PowerShell, Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Management portal, Microsoft Call Quality Dashboard.
You will deploy and configure Teams Phone with Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) connectivity through: Teams Calling Plans, Operator Connect, Teams Phone Mobile, Direct Routing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Unified Communication and administration of Microsoft Teams platform.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work across teams/functions to coordinate initiatives.
- Understanding of Microsoft Teams rooms concepts and implementation.
- Understanding of networking and security concepts.
- Ability to analyse processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Administration of Microsoft Teams Platform: Manage and maintain the Microsoft Teams platform to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the organization.
- Coordination: Enhance technology solutions and contribute to business success in collaboration with team members and other IT teams.
- Troubleshooting: Proactively troubleshoot call quality issues and identify areas for improvement to enhance service quality by reviewing system dashboards, service health reports, and notifications.
- Provide top-tier escalation support as required.
- Stay informed about upcoming feature releases and changes to user experience.
- Process Analysis: Analyse existing processes and make recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Document architecture, procedures, and processes.

- 110 - 150 zł/h NET + VAT (depends on seniority and years of experience), B2B contract.
