Your responsibilities
- Analyzing and implementing best practices for M365 security and compliance.
- Identifying and implementing improvements and automation of business and technical processes.
- Supporting IT and business teams in troubleshooting and deploying new functionalities within Microsoft 365.
- Creating technical documentation and user guides for deployed solutions.
- Training users and IT teams on effectively utilizing M365 tools.
- Collaborating with IT and business teams to promote Microsoft 365 solutions and increase their adoption within the organization.
- Generating reports and analysis on Microsoft 365 usage and performance.
Our requirements
- Higher education and min. 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory, focusing on administration, configuration, and security best practices.
- Practical experience with automation tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, and scripting languages like PowerShell.
- Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to train users, and knowledge in compliance and security within the M365 ecosystem.
- Good language skills in English (both writing and speaking).
