Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 SCM Consultant – Service & Support Consultant

Position Description

• Servicing international clients in the field of Microsoft Dynamics 365/2012/2009.
• Analyzing customer processes and designing and optimizing solutions in supply‑chain management.
• Implementing and testing new functionalities in the Microsoft Dynamics SCM system.
• Conducting training sessions and providing post‑implementation support for clients.

Position Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience in consulting related to Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX, 2012, 2009.
• Knowledge of older versions such as MS Dynamics AX 2009 or 2012 is a strong advantage.
• Experience in supply‑chain management (SCM).
• Analytical thinking and good communication skills.
• English at a communicative level for working with international clients.

• Education in logistics, technical or related field.
