Summary:

The Senior Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Engineer will play a crucial role in enhancing client interactions by building an AI/Zoom integration within the Dynamics 365 platform, specifically designed for efficient management of customer service data and calls.

Main Responsibilities:

• Build PowerApps UI for meeting logs, summaries, and participants.

• Integrate with Dynamics Case & Client entities.

• Implement managed solutions & DLP compliance.
  

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Model-Driven Apps and Dataverse customisations.

• Strong proficiency in PCF (PowerApps Component Framework).

• Proficient in .NET/C# for backend integration and custom solutions

• Experience using Power Automate for workflow automation.

• Experience with JavaScript
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Azure services, including Functions and Service Bus.

• Familiarity with Zoom API and Webhooks integration.

• Basic knowledge of Power BI for analytics.
