As a D365 BC Manager, you will lead a talented team of ERP specialists in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Your mission is to drive excellence in solution delivery, support clients through their digital transformation journey, and uphold the highest standards of quality and performance.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of D365 BC consultants and developers, fostering accountability, autonomy, and high performance.
Oversee D365 BC implementation projects, ensuring robust system architecture and configuration aligned with best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, IT) to align ERP strategies with business goals and drive measurable impact.
Optimize team workflows and delivery standards through structured performance management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Staying up-to-date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 trends and innovations, translating insights into actionable team capabilities.
Proven experience in leading IT teams and delivering successful Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire clarity, ownership, and results.
Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing teams through structured goal-setting, feedback, and skill development.
Confident decision-maker with solid conflict resolution capabilities to navigate team dynamics and drive progress.
Skilled in cultivating a collaborative, performance-driven team culture that values innovation, accountability, and continuous growth.
Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including architecture, configuration, and deployment.
Fluency in both English and Polish, enabling effective collaboration with local and international stakeholders.
