About the project
Join a project where you’ll shape and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) solutions that directly impact business processes and customer engagement. In this role, you will combine functional expertise with consulting skills to work closely with stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize CRM solutions across the organization.

Office location: Kraków, Poland
Work model: Hybrid, 5-8 days work from the clients office per month
Working hours: Full-time, business hours
Budget: up to 125 PLN net/ h - B2B
Project length: one-year contract with an option to extend
Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland

Your responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into Dynamics 365 (CRM) solutions
- Lead workshops and facilitate discussions with business and technical stakeholders
- Design functional solutions using Customer Service and Marketing (Customer Insights) modules
- Recommend best practices and decide between standard features and customizations
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 (forms, views, dashboards, workflows)
- Prepare functional documentation, including specifications for integrations and data migration
- Support implementation projects and contribute to solution delivery
- Collaborate on project scope, estimates, and solution proposals
Our requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service & Marketing)
- At least 5 years of project experience and 3+ years in consulting roles
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, roadmap creation, and backlog management
- Proven ability to design and implement Dynamics 365 solutions and customizations
- Experience in documenting business processes and creating functional specifications
- Practical knowledge of CRM configuration (forms, views, dashboards, workflows)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with stakeholders
Optional
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or data analysis
- Experience in the financial services industry

Submission of the candidate’s personal data within the scope under Art. 221 of the Labor Code is obligatory for participation in the recruitment process. Submission of other data by the candidate is voluntary. No submission of personal data within the required scope or objection to the processing of
such data shall result in lack of possibility to include the Application in the recruitment processes conducted by the Company.
The candidate has the right to access and rectify the contents of their data, remove such data, limit its processing, transfer such data, submit objection to the processing and revoke the consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing conducted under such consent before it was
withdrawn. The candidate also has the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection when they consider the processing of their personal data to be a violation of the provisions of the GDPR.
