responsibilities :
Act as the primary point of contact for Power Platform and Dynamics 365-related queries.
Consult with requestors to understand their platform needs and provide tailored solutions.
Onboard new users to Power Platform and Dynamics 365, offering hands-on support and training.
Lead the implementation of platform strategies and target models.
Drive efficiency, productivity, and innovation through platform enhancements.
Ensure platform security, compliance, and overall stability.
Monitor the quality and cost of onboarded use cases.
Maintain and improve established governance models for Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
Oversee Azure DevOps development and continuous platform improvements.
Verify and approve implementation results, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
Collaborate with the Service Design Authority and other IT service teams to ensure seamless service integration.
Stay updated with industry trends, continuously adapting to technological advancements.

Minimum of 3 years of experience with Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Azure DevOps.
Strong understanding of the entire Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Proven ability to execute tasks as outlined in the job role description.
Experience in consulting with internal and external stakeholders on Power Platform and Dynamics 365 needs.
Ability to onboard and provide hands-on support to requestors using Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
Demonstrated experience in ensuring platform security, risk management, capacity planning, and compliance.
