• We are seeking a consultant who can configure various Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM components. Your main task will be translating business requirements into functional specifications and providing guidance and advice on the capabilities, functions, and features of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to business stakeholders. Solid experience with CRM configuration is essential. Our 10-person team communicates in English, so we expect a communicative level of B2+ proficiency.

• Implementing and configuring various components of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Designing solutions that leverage the standard functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Analyzing business requirements and needs
• Presenting technical and design concepts as well as potential solutions
• Delivering presentations to all levels of management
• Creating documentation and presentations (PowerPoint, Forms)

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in the implementation and configuration of Microsoft D365 CRM modules, including Customer Service, Field Service
• A higher education degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience with the MS Power Platform and Azure Cloud
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, Power BI, etc.
• Experience in gathering business requirements
• Experience leading a technical team in utilizing the Microsoft CRM API
• The ability to convey technical information to non-technical users
