Lead the implementation, solutions, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements;
Analyze, document, and translate client requirements into technical and business specifications;
Advise on best practices for CRM usage to optimize client processes and workflows;
Provide ongoing support for existing CRM systems, identifying and resolving issues or inefficiencies;
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and system errors promptly;
