We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect to lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to meet business needs. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, extensive experience with Dynamics 365 applications, and the ability to guide teams through complex system architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.).
• Lead the architecture of system integrations, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
• Oversee the implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions, including customization, workflows, and automation.
• Ensure compliance with best practices in system design and development.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 projects, including planning, execution, and support.
• Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features, updates, and trends.

Requirements:

• Experience:
  • At least 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture and implementation.
  • Proven experience in designing solutions for Dynamics 365 across multiple modules.
• Technical Skills:
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing integrations using REST APIs and third-party tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure services and their integration with Dynamics 365.
  • Hands-on experience with data modeling, workflows, and business process flows.
• Certifications:
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert (preferred)(151024AB).
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect (PL-600) or similar(151024AB).
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Finance and Operations modules in Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices for Dynamics 365 projects.
