As a Microsoft Copilot Studio Senior Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated AI assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio. This role demands deep technical expertise in integrating Copilot Studio with the Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Azure and enterprise applications. You will be responsible for building advanced AI features that are secure, scalable, and high performing. In addition to hands-on development, you will mentor junior engineers, contribute to architectural decisions, and help establish best practices for AI agent development across the organization.

,[You will take ownership of the full lifecycle of AI agent development - from initial design and integration to deployment and optimization. This includes building custom connectors to integrate with external APIs and data sources and implementing advanced conversational AI capabilities based on large language models.
