• Implement Microsoft 365 and Azure native DLP controls across email, endpoint, SharePoint, and Teams using tools such as Microsoft Purview DLP and Azure Information Protection (AIP).
• Implement automated data classification and tagging for GDPR-regulated data, with a focus on unmanaged personal data and shadow IT.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and data governance teams to align Microsoft DLP controls with GDPR, PCI-DSS, and internal data policies.

• Experience with Microsoft Purview DLP and AIP for cloud-native data protection.
• Hands-on experience with DLP: policy creation, EDM/IDM fingerprinting, and response rule configuration.
• Hands-on experience implementing data discovery and classification in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with integrating Microsoft DLP with SIEM/SOAR platforms (especially Cortex XSOAR), including custom playbooks and API integrations.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR (data subject rights, breach notification, cross-border transfers).
• Experience addressing data security challenges in multinational financial institutions.
• Ability to document DLP controls and map them to regulatory and business needs.
• Minimum 3 years managing DLP systems in enterprises (>10k users).
• Proven experience with data classification in cloud environments.
• Experience implementing DLP within Microsoft M365.
