responsibilities :


  • Provide skilled 1st and 2nd line support as part of the ServiceDesk, covering a broad range of IT issues.
  • Act as the go-to expert for Microsoft 365, offering high-quality support on "how-to" issues in apps such as Outlook, Teams, OneNote, and SharePoint.
  • Communicate upcoming M365 changes, updates, and new features to end users in a clear and engaging way.
  • Create and share practical M365 tips and tricks that improve productivity across the organization.
  • Enhance ServiceDesk team knowledge and troubleshooting skills related to Microsoft 365.
  • Serve as an internal ambassador for M365 adoption and user enablement.

requirements-expected :


  • Solid experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications in a professional environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical matters clearly to non-technical users.
  • Experience in creating end-user communication, guides, or tips is a strong plus.
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge with both colleagues and end users.
  • Previous experience in a ServiceDesk or IT support function.
  • Fluent in English - written and spoken
  • A structured and service-oriented mindset, with a friendly and mature personality
