Cloudica is a dynamic company operating on the modern technology market. We help clients understand and adapt to the digital world. We build comprehensive solutions, optimize IT environments, and provide subscriptions, licenses, and equipment. We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Sales Consultant who will help us acquire new customers and interesting projects that enable further dynamic development.

Duties:

  1. Sales process support: Ongoing hot-lead service. Managing the full sales cycle of Microsoft 365 and Security services, from identifying potential customers, through the presentation of solutions, to the finalization of contracts.
  2. Customer consultations: Advice on optimizing the use of the Microsoft 365 platform and implementing appropriate solutions and security measures tailored to their needs.
  3. Business relationship development: Building lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing solutions that add value.
  4. Cooperation with the technical team: Close cooperation with the technical Delivery Team in order to provide comprehensive solutions in line with customer expectations.
  5. Market monitoring: Tracking trends and changes in the technological market and providing feedback to the production team in order to constantly improve the offer and knowledge about the offered solutions.
  6. Negotiating terms of cooperation, preparing presentations, commercial offers, and sales contracts.
  7. Knowledge of English, min. B2.
  8. Readiness for public speaking and business trips.

Requirements:

  1. At least 3 years of experience in selling Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
  2. Understanding of advanced features and capabilities of Microsoft 365 and security solutions.
  3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish relationships.
  4. Ability to effectively present technical solutions to clients.
  5. Negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
  6. Bachelors degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
