Collaborate with a cross-border team of peers and customer journey experts to maintain and enhance our services, with a strong focus on employee satisfaction.
Assist the Product Manager and IT Area Lead in prioritizing activities for the Messaging Team.
Keep up with the latest Microsoft updates and technologies, and proactively recommend improvements and change design requests.
Work with your team to develop future-proof services by automating, simplifying, and enhancing their security and robustness.
Ensure consistent and reliable email service access by monitoring system performance, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards.
Regularly engage with key staff and product groups from major suppliers like Microsoft, leveraging these relationships for service enhancements.
Work closely with IT security to implement and manage security measures and compliance policies, ensuring that processes are thorough yet streamlined.
Operate in an agile work environment, with the freedom to determine your approach to projects and tasks, and collaborate with your team to set priorities.
Participate in the global service rotation, taking on responsibilities for 3rd line incident resolution, administration, and standby services as needed.
requirements-expected :
Proven experience managing complex Exchange (Online) environments within large, multinational organizations, alongside relevant Microsoft 365 certifications.
Strong proficiency in PowerShell, with hands-on experience in automating deployments through Azure DevOps, including scripting and configuration as code.
Solid understanding of IT security, particularly in relation to email security protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and familiarity with compliance standards applicable to Microsoft 365 services.
Experience in supporting technical implementations and compliance teams through eDiscovery, retention policies, and other compliance-related tasks.
Deep understanding of outsourcing operations at both tactical and strategic levels, with full accountability for WPS Services across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Experience working in highly regulated sectors, such as finance, with a clear understanding of the segregation between Risk, Audits, Security, and Cyber Security teams.
