Expertise and Knowledge

Deep Product Knowledge:

  • Extensive understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, including Finance and Operations, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and Field Service.
  • Knowledge of the platform’s capabilities, limitations, and best practices for customization.


Industry Experience:

  • Experience in automotive industry can be valuable for understanding sector-specific requirements and challenges.


Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and processes.
  • Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit requirements and document them comprehensively.


Solution Design:

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Design solutions that leverage standard functionalities of Dynamics 365 and identify areas requiring customization.

Configuration and Customization:

  • Configure the Dynamics 365 environment to align with business needs.
  • Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards as required.


Integration:

  • Plan and oversee the integration of Dynamics 365 with other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party applications).
