As aMicrosoft 365 Consultant , you will be working for our client, a leading insurance company, to enhance their digital transformation journey. You will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing Microsoft 365 solutions to support the company’s evolving business needs.

Your main responsibilities:

• Monitor deployed Microsoft 365 solutions to ensure optimal performance and security
• Present the capabilities of available Microsoft 365 tools to IT and business teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and processes
• Configure and customize the Microsoft 365 environment to meet specific business needs
• Support the development of user manuals and training materials to facilitate adoption
• Optimize license utilization to maximize ROI
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 products
• Proven experience in supporting Microsoft 365 solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• A proactive and results-oriented approach
• Experience in project management
• A passion for technology and a desire to learn
