Monitor deployed Microsoft 365 solutions to ensure optimal performance and security
Present the capabilities of available Microsoft 365 tools to IT and business teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and processes
Configure and customize the Microsoft 365 environment to meet specific business needs
Support the development of user manuals and training materials to facilitate adoption
Optimize license utilization to maximize ROI
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 products
Proven experience in supporting Microsoft 365 solutions
