At Avenga, we are looking for a Functional Consultant to work on the development of features and provide support to internal users and business processes for our clients. The role includes gathering requirements, designing solutions, and configuring and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment to meet organizational needs. A key aspect of the role is also the integration of the system with other applications and providing user support after implementation.

• You possess deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, such as Finance and Operations, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and Field Service.
• You are familiar with the platform’s capabilities, limitations, and best practices for customization.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, as it will help in understanding sector-specific requirements.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, including evaluating business processes and designing solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that non-technical users can understand.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Ability to manage organizational change and provide support during the adoption of new systems and processes.
• Solid understanding of the technical aspects of Dynamics 365, including architecture, data models, and integration points.
