,[Lead and facilitate all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives., Promote a deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles to enhance team performance., Identify and resolve blockers that hinder progress, collaborating with stakeholders as needed., Ensure strong communication between the Product Owner, Development Team, and stakeholders., Guide the team through retrospectives and implement actionable improvements., Support the Product Owner, assist with backlog management, goal setting, and prioritization., Use Agile metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity) to provide visibility on progress., Protect the team from external distractions to maintain focus on sprint goals. Requirements: Certified ScrumMaster, PSM, Security, Jira, Confluence, SAFe, DevOps, Test automation Additionally: Sport Subscription, Private healthcare, Life insurance, Training budget, Small teams, Free coffee, Free snacks, In-house trainings, Modern office, No dress code.
