About the project

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to lead a major business transformation initiative. This role involves delivering complex projects within large organizations, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving technology adoption.

Salary: 1200 – 1400 PLN/MD netto + VAT (B2B)

Your responsibilities

Lead IAM and infrastructure projects from planning through implementation.
Support PoC/Pilot testing and plan rollout for new authentication patterns.
Collaborate with Architecture teams on production infrastructure design.
Present project updates and achievements at stakeholder forums.
Conduct technology assessments with service owners to determine suitable approaches.
Plan and support IAM authentication implementations.

Our requirements

Proactive and results-driven approach to project delivery.
Strong communication skills; able to influence discussions and drive progress.
Confident in technical conversations and quick to adapt to new technologies.
Skilled at presenting and engaging stakeholders in meaningful discussions.
Hands-on experience with IAM and modern authentication protocols.
Knowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Passwordless Authentication.
Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence to support project tracking and collaboration.

Optional

Previous experience in financial services.
Strong understanding of MFA, Passwordless, and FIDO-based authentication.
Expertise in EntraID / Azure AD.
Experience working with global teams.
