You will lead a team of people responsible for preparing ECO Fee declarations for countries across the EU. The team consists of Declaration experts and Data analysts ensuring correctness of SAP master data maintenance such as packaging volumes, recycling partner pricelists, and corresponding correctness of created individual country ECO Fee declarations.

Your role will be to lead the team, ensuring the declarations are delivered on time and with quality.

You will also supervise the organization and act as the main ECO Fee contact for countries, to react and support necessary system/process changes and continuous improvement activities.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Lead the team running Eco Fee (Recycling Administration) SAP Reports within fixed deadlines for 28 countries in the EU region.
  • Ensure correctness of Eco Fee declarations and SAP attributes in line with countries legal requirements.
  • Perform and support the team in various analyses (cost & volume), identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Provide forecasts and support internal and external audits.
  • Lead and coordinate SAP configuration updates if needed, maintaining close communication with Country contacts.
  • Communicate with all parties involved in the Eco Fee process, such as R&D, Finance, Eco Fee Data analysts, Country contacts, Support Team, SAP, etc.
  • Be responsible for the continuous improvement of the existing process and control points.

  • Experience implementing CI processes (e.g., TPM for manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma in the consumer goods industry).
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills.
  • Experience in change management processes.
  • Logical thinking and capacity to influence.
  • Results-oriented and prepared to deal with ambiguity.
  • Experience as a continuous improvement manager, team leader, or area manager.

Education / Certifications:

University degree.

Job specific requirements:

  • Team lead experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Analytical skills and logical, structured thinking.
  • Microsoft Excel, SAP knowledge (or similar) is an advantage.
  • Competencies: Problem solving, Peer relationship, Organizational agility.

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
