ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

• Creating measurement programs for CMM machines
• Performing measurement tasks with a CMM machine and other devices by the control plan.
• Support for the analysis of production and engineering problems.
• Ensuring inspection methods comply with drawings and regulations.
• Collaboration with engineers and suppliers to define and implement methods for controlling new products during development.
• Conducting statistical and capability analysis.
• Supervision of internal and external calibration. Cooperation with service companies.
• Conducting training for employees.
• Monitor and promote the latest practices related to measurement techniques in the organization.

• Bachelor or high school degree in mechanics, metrology or related.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Advanced knowledge of GD&T and GPS (geometric product specification) principles.
• Advanced knowledge of CMM operations, including configuration, programming and control.
• Practical experience in measurements and programming coordinate measuring machines (QUINDOS program preferred).
• Ability to read and operate manual measuring equipment (micrometers, functional and cylindrical measuring instruments).
• Creating measurement reports and presenting them to interested parties in an accessible way.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems. •Knowledge of SPC and MSA quality tools.
• Analytical skills, proficient in working with data.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Good communication skills in English and Polish (required). -

• Salary from 7 600 to 11 500 PLN gross/month – depending on experience
