As a Metrology Engineer, your role will be focused on dimensions planning and qualification of product development. You will identify, evaluate, and execute measurement plans and dimensions disposition, ensuring all product dimensions quickly and accurately meet drawing requirements, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do
- Lead measurement method definition and create measurement plans.
- Review dimensional analysis and lead DV/PV phase dimensional disposition, completing quality dimensional reports and updated measurement plans.
- Train programming technicians on measurement plans to ensure correct measurement information in programming.
- Supervise inspection and measurement equipment, including purchasing new equipment and performing calibration and verification.
- Conduct technical cleanliness tests of components and final products.
- Communicate with external companies regarding internal laboratory equipment.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Preferably a university degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
- Proven experience in measurement and dimensions qualification.
- Working experience with parts that have technical cleanliness requirements.
- Advanced level knowledge of GD&T.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general professional documents, 2D & 3D documentation, or measurement specifications.
- Good problem-solving and data analysis skills.
- Strong adaptability and learning ability.
- Leadership and strong organizational skills to anticipate, plan, organize, and self-monitor workload.
- Communicative level of English.

- Knowledge of measurement principles and measurement machine applications (CT/CMM/OGP/QV/TM, etc.).
- Working experience in quality control.
- Experience in molding, stamping, or assembly.
