Creating verification and validation documentation, including plans, procedures and requirement Active participation in new products quotation as a part of multi-competency team
Participation/leading of NPIs
Reviewing production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information
Develop and design robust manufacturing concepts to simplify/improve manufacturing processes
Analyze and evaluate existing systems and processes, identifying value-added and non-value-added activities
Preparing material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses, and estimated production costs,
Preparing of work instructions, process descriptions, operator guides
Identify opportunities to prevent waste and inefficiency in production
Technical documentation analysis in terms of technical feasibility (DFM)
Training staff for new processes and providing instructions and manuals.
Participation in the management of special processes
Wymagania
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
Minimum 2-5 years of Industrial Engineering experience
Ability to work independently or in a cross functional environment
Very good English verbal and written communication skills
