• Architect and maintain production-grade messaging platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pulsar, ActiveMQ).
• Design scalable event pipelines for millions of messages per day.
• Tune performance, configure clustering, and ensure security and DR readiness.
• Work closely with DevOps to automate everything: provisioning, deployment, CI/CD.
• Enable teams across the company to build resilient, event-driven systems.
• Be a hands-on leader in observability, schema design, governance, and best practices.

• 2+ years managing enterprise-grade messaging systems in production.
• Deep expertise in Kafka, RabbitMQ (CloudAMQP), ActiveMQ, and Pulsar.
• Strong grasp of queuing and streaming models (pub/sub, at-least-once, exactly-once, etc.).
• Kubernetes fluency, especially for managing messaging clusters.
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure.
• Proficiency in scripting or coding (Python, Bash, etc.).
