For our customer, leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation we are looking for a skilled Messaging Service and Shared Space Consultant.
The Consultant will be accountable for the design, implementation, and maintenance of end-user computing environments, which include desktop and mobile devices, collaboration tools, and software deployment. You will ensure employees have access to the appropriate tools and technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency, both on-site and remotely.
Project information:
Location: Katowice or Kraków or Lublin or Opole (one from those locations to choose; hybrid model of work - once a week from the office)
Implementing and administering messaging solutions, email archiving, and securing related services (with provision provided by Helpdesk and local service).
Configuring and securing Mail Flows and DNS Management.
Providing Level 2 support for escalated issues related to messaging solutions.
Offering storage spaces for professional and personal data.
Installing, configuring, and managing file servers.
Providing storage folders, managing sharing authorizations, and security permissions.
Administering and securing cloud storage solutions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the digital workplace experience and drive productivity improvements.
Staying updated with emerging workplace technologies and trends, recommending improvements to boost user experience and productivity.
Documenting processes and keeping configurations, policies, and troubleshooting guides up to date.
requirements-expected :
Over 2 years of experience in a similar role, managing workplace technology and end-user environments.
Knowledge of messaging services such as Exchange 2016, 2019, Office 365, Microsoft Defender, Proofpoint, Ironport, Archive Exchange, Archive Enterprise Vault.
Experience with Mail Flows and DNS Management, as well as shared space solutions: OneDrive, SharePoint, Cloud, Filer Nutanix, ShareFile Citrix.
Administration and securing of cloud storage solutions.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex end-user computing issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical team.
Certification in workplace technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified, Citrix Certified, Apple Certified Support Professional).
Experience with cloud-based workplace environments and solutions.
