About the project

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a skilled Messaging service and shared space Consultant to join our IT team. The Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining end-user computing environments, including desktop and mobile devices, collaboration tools, and software deployment. You will ensure that employees have access to the right tools and technologies to optimize productivity and work efficiency, both in-office and remotely.

Your responsibilities

  • Managing messaging service (Exchange 2016, 2019, Office 365, Microsoft Defender, proofpoint, ironport, archive Exchange, archive Enterprise Vault).
  • Implementation and administration of messaging solutions, email archiving and securing associated services (provision provided by Helpdesk and local service).
  • Configuration and Securing of Mail Flows DNS Management.
  • Provision of Level 2 support for escalated issues related to messaging solutions.
  • Administration of shared Space : Onedrive, Sharepoint, Cloud, Filer Nutanix, Sharefile Citrix.
  • Provide storage spaces for professional and personal data.
  • Installation, configuration and administration of file servers.
  • Provision of storage folders, management of sharing authorizations and security permissions.
  • Administration and securing of cloud storage solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the digital workplace experience and drive productivity improvements.
  • Stay current with emerging workplace technologies and trends, recommending improvements to enhance user experience and productivity.
  • Document processes and maintain up-to-date configurations, policies, and troubleshooting guides.

Our requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, managing workplace technology and end-user environments.
  • Knowledge of messaging service such as Exchange 2016, 2019, Office 365, Microsoft Defender, proofpoint, ironport, archive Exchange, archive Enterprise Vault.
  • Expérience with Mail Flows DNS Management as well as shared space solutions : Onedrive, Sharepoint, Cloud, Filer Nutanix, Sharefile Citrix.
  • Administration and securing of cloud storage solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex end-user computing issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Certification in workplace technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified, Citrix Certified, Apple Certified Support Professional).
  • Experience with cloud-based workplace environments and solutions.
