We are seeking a highly experienced MES Architect to join our customers. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience working in automotive or discrete manufacturing environments, with a strong foundation in .NET, SQL, PL/SQL, and Java. This role requires a proven ability to manage AMS (Application Maintenance Services) teams, handle complex SLA management with customers, and ensure the smooth operation of MES solutions in production environments.

Project scope:

• Lead MES architecture, design, and integration with enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, SCADA, IoT)
• Customize and optimize MES applications to enhance manufacturing operations
• Provide functional expertise and collaborate with stakeholders to improve efficiency
• Manage AMS teams, oversee SLA compliance, and handle escalations
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from the planning phase through deployment and post-implementation support
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, production, and business units, to ensure seamless MES integration
• Drive continuous MES improvement and innovation
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, designs, and changes

Requirements:

• Bachelor"s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 6+ years of MES experience, with 3+ years in architecture roles
• Strong background in .NET, SQL, PL/SQL, Java, and MES integration
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and integration strategies between MES and ERP
• Experience in automotive/discrete manufacturing environments
• Proven leadership in AMS management and SLA handling
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships with business stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Experience with advanced MES functionalities such as real-time production monitoring, traceability, and advanced analytics
• Knowledge of IoT, Industry 4.0, and smart manufacturing trends
• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus
