Ensure the successful implementation of MES and production software within the customer’s production environment, including hands-on installation, configuration, and commissioning of the system in close cooperation with customer IT and production teams.
Manage and actively drive industrial customer projects, primarily in FMCG production environments (e.g. food or pharmaceutical), from initial planning through go-live and handover to the support team.
Plan projects and milestones in a structured manner, monitor progress, and prepare clear and transparent status reports.
Analyse and document customer requirements, prepare specifications and meeting minutes, and support the alignment of production processes with our software solution.
Conduct customer meetings, workshops, and end-user training sessions, both on-site and remotely.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers and independently manage communication in English, German, and Polish.
Coordinate closely with customer stakeholders (e.g. production managers, engineers, IT leads) as well as internal teams to ensure project goals align with manufacturing and business requirements.

Successfully completed university degree in an economic or technical field such as business informatics, applied computer science, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Alternatively, completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g. IT specialist, IT systems administration specialist, or a comparable profession).
Strong practical experience in FMCG production environments (e.g. food or pharmaceutical manufacturing).
2+ years of experience in Manufacturing Industry e.g. plant / shopfloor operations with a understanding of the overall functional and technical landscape (understanding of systems, processes, tools, and technologies in the manufacturing area / on the shop floor)
Proven experience in project management, preferably in IT, MES, digitalization, or production-related projects.
Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and networks, combined with a strong interest in automation technology, digitalization, and Industry 4.0.
Fluent command of English, German, and Polish (spoken and written).
High level of independence, sense of responsibility, and initiative.
