Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated MES Consultant with hands-on experience in production management systems, particularly in the metallurgical industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in implementing and launching MES at client sites, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. This position involves significant travel and direct interaction with clients, including operators and engineers, to provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to client sites for system launches and project implementations.
• Work in industrial environments to perform system testing, ensuring integration into real-world settings.
• Conduct certification tests at the conclusion of system implementations.
• Collaborate closely with client personnel, including operators and engineers, to provide training, mentoring, and support.
• Perform troubleshooting and make adjustments as needed to ensure system performance.
• Participate in production trials to verify system functionality and identify potential issues.
• Occasionally make changes to code or software based on real-time findings.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience with production management systems, with a strong preference for experience in the metallurgical industry.
• Familiarity with PSI Metals or similar MES software is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of production management principles and practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel extensively as required by project needs.

• Currently, our team consists of six professionals in Poland, including two exclusive consultants and a project manager. The team collaborates closely, often working on one project at a time before splitting into smaller groups for concurrent projects.
