The role: Senior M&A Analyst role is designed for a mature, highly analytical and proactive professional, capable of leading key aspects of M&A transactions. We are looking for an excellent team player with motivation and determination to achieve goals, as well as desire for professional development in the field of M&A.
Responsibilities
- Active participation in all stages of multiple M&A projects, working with major companies in Poland and across Europe, as well as recognizable private equity funds
- Conducting advanced financial analysis and valuation (DCF, LBO, comparable transactions) to support decision-making
- Preparing investment recommendations and transaction strategies for senior team members and client
- Preparation of transaction documentation (IMs, teasers)
- Review of Term-sheets, NBOs, SPAs
- Coordination of external DD teams
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior analysts to enhance analytical and technical capabilities
- Acting as a primary support contact for investor and client relations, participating in high-level meetings and discussions
- Contributing to the strategic development of the M&A team, identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance and Accounting, Business, Economics, Quantitative Methods
- Min. 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance (M&A / PE / VC) or Audit, preferably with a background in financial modelling and a proven record of independent responsibility for creating high quality models
- Strong understanding of M&A transaction structures, business valuation methods, and deal execution processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
- Fluency in English as well as Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
