Job Title: Merchandiser – Jewelry Industry
Location: Warsaw, Poland
About the Role
For our client, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Merchandising Manager with a background in the jewelry industry. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of retail trends, and the ability to create an engaging shopping experience through effective merchandising strategies.
The group lead 40+ stores across 6 countries and need a hands‑on leader who can manage planning, supply chains, commercial sales to drive seasonal trends and forecastings for products, designs.
As a leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are presented in the most appealing way, optimizing stock levels, and supporting sales performance in line with the brand’s visual and commercial standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality product presentation in alignment with the brand’s standards.
- Maintain visual merchandising guidelines across retail locations.
- Collaborate with the team to refresh and optimize store layouts.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends to adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
- Drive effective supply chain and inventory
- Work closely with inventory teams to ensure appropriate stock levels.
- Identify and address fast‑moving and slow‑moving products.
- Assist in forecasting stock needs based on sales data and trends.
- Analyze sales reports and optimize product placement.
- Provide insights into consumer preferences and buying patterns.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance product storytelling and the overall brand experience.
- Work closely with store teams, buyers, and suppliers to ensure a seamless merchandising strategy.
- Communicate product launches, promotions, and seasonal changes to ensure alignment with the client’s strategy.
- Provide training and guidance to in‑store staff on merchandising best practices.
Requirements
- ✅ Proven experience in jewelry merchandising (experience in luxury or fashion jewelry is a plus).
- ✅ Strong understanding of retail trends, customer preferences, and effective product positioning.
- ✅ Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- ✅ Meticulous attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics and branding.
- ✅ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- ✅ Proficiency in retail management tools, and inventory systems.
- ✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
