Job Description

We’re representing a well‑established and rapidly growing MEP Contractor based in London, currently delivering an annual turnover of £50M — with a clear strategic plan to double to £100M within the next five years. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager looking to take the next step in their career and progress into senior management as the business continues to expand.

• £80,000 – £90,000 + package

The Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of MEP projects ranging in value from £1M to £15M, across a mix of commercial new build and fit‑out schemes. You’ll be responsible for leading project delivery from pre‑construction through to completion — ensuring programme, quality, and financial targets are achieved. This is a hands‑on role with the opportunity to influence and shape delivery within a growing and forward‑thinking organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from design through to handover
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver high‑quality MEP works
• Oversee health & safety, quality assurance, and programme management
• Coordinate with commercial and design teams to maintain cost and schedule control
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Support business growth by driving delivery excellence and operational improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager within building services or construction
• Background in commercial new build and/or fit‑out projects
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project financials
• Relevant industry qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)
