Headquartered in Ireland, delivering throughout Europe, Winthrop Engineering & Contracting is a leading engineering company focusing on data centres. We currently employ circa 650 people in 2021. We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a MEP Commissioning / Admin Manager to join our mechanical team. This position will be site-based.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work with the Mechanical Team to manage various administrative tasks
  2. Share reception duties with other administration team members, where required
  3. Answer and manage queries via email and telephone
  4. Assist with data entry and filing of project documentation in line with SOPs
  5. Ad-hoc duties where required
  6. Ensure all incoming requests are processed in an accurate and timely manner

Qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  3. Ability to multi-task, organise and prioritize work
  4. Previous experience within a similar role, ideally within an Engineering or Construction sector
