Headquartered in Ireland, delivering throughout Europe, Winthrop Engineering & Contracting is a leading engineering company focusing on data centres. We currently employ circa 650 people in 2021. We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a MEP Commissioning / Admin Manager to join our mechanical team. This position will be site-based.
The MEP Administrator will oversee the organisation and efficiency of the daily Mechanical Team operations and will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
- Work with the Mechanical Team to manage various administrative tasks
- Share reception duties with other administration team members, where required
- Answer and manage queries via email and telephone
- Assist with data entry and filing of project documentation in line with SOPs
- Ad-hoc duties where required
- Ensure all incoming requests are processed in an accurate and timely manner
