Headquartered in Ireland, delivering throughout Europe, Winthrop Engineering & Contracting is a leading engineering company employing circa 600 people in 2020. We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an Administrator to join our Mechanical team . This is a full-time position and will be based in XXXXX.

The MEP Administrator will oversee the organisation and efficiency of the daily Mechanical Team operations and will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Reports to: MEP Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Work with the Mechanical Team to manage various administrative tasks
  2. Share reception duties with other administration team members, where required
  3. Answer and manage queries via email and telephone
  4. Assist with data entry and filing of project documentation in line with SOPs
  5. Ad-hoc duties where required
  6. Ensure all incoming requests are processed in an accurate and timely manner

Qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  3. Ability to multi-task, organise and prioritize work
  4. Previous experience within a similar role, ideally within an Engineering or Construction sector
