Job Tasks:
- Guarantee the confidentiality of clinical interviews / individual or group counselling with the psychologists in charge as relevant
- Networking with local, national and international authorities
- Promoting synergies and collaborations
- Monitoring the data collection process & emphasizing on upcoming trends
- Developing skills of the members of his/her team and the partners’ team
- Monitoring of the partner’s field teams
- Leading meetings with the management team of the partner to monitor the progress of the project

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in clinical psychology; or in psychology; or in psychiatry
- Previous experience in a managerial/ TL role
- Knowledge of areas of the international non-governmental organizations
- Professional level of English (Ukrainian or Polish will be a plus)
- Good communication skills
- Capacity to organize and supervise the work of the team
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
