Day-to-Day Duties:
Manage large amounts of incoming e-mails and phone calls. Correspond with customers, subcontractors, airlines and agents to ensure efficiency.
Everyday work in specialized system (CargoWise) - keep records of Customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Oversee the entire process of international transportation - from the moment of p/u request receiving till the payment confirmation: p/u request processing, arranging of collection, customs clearance, a/f booking and delivery, billing to Customer per agreed tariffs, payment confirmation receiving.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer requests/requirements/complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Follow the Companys communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Wymagania
Education Requirements:
Higher education
Min. 3 years experience in international logistic company
Fluent Polish, English and Russian languages
PC literacy
Essential Skills:
Attention to details
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task efficiently, prioritize, and manage time effectively
