We specialize in Agile and DevOps-based software development. From the analysis stage through implementation. We develop backend, frontend, and mobile applications.

Currently, we are looking for:  Mendix Expert/ Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade applications using the Mendix low-code platform.
• Business Process Automation: Implement workflows and digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency within industry projects.
• System Integration: Integrate Mendix applications with external databases, APIs, and third-party systems.
• Customization & Scalability: Develop custom widgets and microservices to extend Mendix functionality.
• Optimization & Performance Tuning: Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance) to ensure high application reliability.
• Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, workflow processes, and deployment guides.
• Collaboration: Work with business analysts, UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into functional applications.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure applications meet security standards and industry compliance requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 4-5+ years of hands-on experience in Mendix application development.
• Strong knowledge of Mendix Studio Pro and Mendix Cloud services.
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, and REST APIs for custom integrations.
• Proficiency in database management (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.).
• Understanding of UI/UX principles for designing user-friendly applications for Frontend.
• Industry Experience: Proven experience in delivering projects within the industry sector.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting application and integration issues.
• Agile Development: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Certifications: Mendix Advanced Developer or Expert Developer certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and microservices.
• Familiarity with IoT, AI/ML, or predictive analytics within industrial applications.
• Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
