Hays IT Contracting is a cooperation based on B2B rules. We connect IT specialists with the most interesting technological projects on the market. For our client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of Mendix Developer.
Work mode: remote 
Compensation: 160-190 PLN/h netContract type: B2B

Candidate Profile:As a Mendix Senior Developer, you will contribute to shaping the new way of working around Mendix Delivery from a developer’s perspective. You will do this together with Mendix Architect, Tech PO, Service Delivery Manager, and stakeholders from Action such as the Service Delivery Manager and the business PO. Part of this new way of working is the transition to a full Polish Development team. As a Mendix Senior Developer, it is therefore important that you thrive as a Developer in an international team. Your Scrum / DevOps team consists of 5 other Dev Team members (located in Poland), the technical PO, and the Scrum Master (located in the Netherlands). The stakeholders of Action are also situated in the Netherlands, so it is important that you thrive in an international team.  

Responsibility:

• Design, creation and development of applications and business models on the Mendix platform
• Provide top level business and technology architecture consultancy services to our clients
• Provide input to the design of Mendix based solutions as a Mendix Lead Consultant
• Testing and solving problems related to applications and application integrations created in the Mendix platform
• Cooperation with business and technical analysts and the testing team to guarantee code quality in accordance with best practices
• Ability to translate software specification requirements into a functional application prototype using the Mendix platform
• Visit/project meetings in Wroclaw office
• Very rare travel to clients

Expectations:

• Mendix Advanced Certified
• Min. 4 years of experience as a Mendix Developer
• Knowledge and experience of DevOps
• Experience in complex environments with a lot of dynamics and stakeholders
• Strong soft skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (C1 level)
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with remote client stakeholders
• Proven experience in developing scalable Mendix applications according to Mendix Best Practices
• Understanding of Mendix architecture and its integration with other systems such as SAP, Mule Soft, and STEP
• Ability to create and maintain Mendix technical documentation and standards
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues
• Experience in guiding development teams
• Stay aware and up to date with the latest features and updates on the Mendix platform
