ABOUT THE JOB:
As a Project Manager/Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting industrial projects and ensuring that projects are executed safely, qualitatively, timely, and within budget.
You will organize your work and ensure that projects are executed safely, qualitatively, timely, and within budget.
You will be responsible for high-level stakeholder management and managing all project controls.
You will act as Owner’s representative for our clients or will be part of a bigger project team.
The projects you will be involved in as a Project Manager comprise a variety of industries such as Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, FMCG, Metallurgy, etc.
WHAT WE NEED:
You have a Masters degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering.
You are eager and have ambition to support the growth of our new office in Poland.
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a project manager or engineer and have a proven record of leading or supporting industrial projects.
With your outstanding people management and communication skills, you succeed in getting the best out of the project teams.
As a Project Manager/Engineer, you have a proactive “make-it-happen” mentality.
You are resilient and like to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Office Suite and Microsoft Project is a plus.
You speak fluently Polish and English. Dutch and French are a plus.
Having a construction permit or license is a plus.
