Medical Writer

Your responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of medical and scientific documents, including manuscripts, clinical study reports, abstracts, posters, and presentations.
• Conduct literature searches and analyze scientific data to support content development.
• Summarize clinical and scientific data clearly and concisely in accordance with industry standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Medical Affairs, Clinical, Regulatory) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of documents.
• Assist in ensuring all materials comply with applicable regulatory guidelines, journal requirements, and company processes.
• Review and proofread documents for accuracy, grammar, and consistency.
• Maintain accurate version control and manage document timelines.
• Support the preparation of medical content for educational purposes, including slide decks, newsletters, and training materials.

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to understand complex scientific data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with medical writing principles or scientific publishing guidelines.
• Prior experience (internship or entry-level) in medical or scientific writing is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of clinical research and the pharmaceutical industry.
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
• Enthusiastic about contributing to medical and scientific advancements.
