As a C++ Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role within our product development team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will be a key member of a medical software scrum team, focused on delivering software product backlog items in sprints. Medical Software Engineer (C++)

• Work as a vital member of a software scrum team, contributing to the delivery of software product backlog items within sprint cycles,
• Exhibit responsiveness and flexibility in a dynamic environment, quickly adapting to new technologies and tools required for project success,
• Refactor applications to meet project requirements, with a strong emphasis on code quality, performance, and maintainability,
• Create and maintain unit tests using the Google Test framework to ensure the reliability and correctness of the software,
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including software developers and product owners, to gather refactoring needs and deliver high-quality software solutions that align with project goals,
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing code, and improving system performance.

• Fluency in English,
• At least 3 years’ experience in C++ programming,
• A track record as a Senior C++ Engineer with expertise in refactoring C++ applications, particularly in the context of large-scale legacy software maintenance,
• C++ Proficiency: understanding of C++ STL (Standard Template Library) and UML (Unified Modeling Language),
• Extensive experience in unit testing and component testing, with the ability to automate testing processes,
• Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to troubleshoot complex software issues effectively,
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices,
• Knowledge of static code analysis and software profiling techniques.

• A short video call or phone call with our Partner’s HR Business Partner to check in depth the alignment between you and values and culture of the Company. Financial negotiations are welcomed :)
