1. POSITION SUMMARY
Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a field-based expert who serves as a bridge between the company and the HCPs community, providing medical and scientific expertise, engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs), and ensuring the accurate dissemination of scientific information related to the company’s products and therapeutic areas.
2. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Scientific Support: Act as the scientific expert, providing up-to-date and accurate scientific data on Celltrion products to internal stakeholders and external healthcare professionals.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, clinical researchers, and key stakeholders in the medical community.
• Medical Education: Deliver educational materials and sessions to KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), healthcare providers, and internal teams.
3. WORK EXPERIENCE
At least 0-3 years of experience in medical affairs, clinical development, or as an MSL in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Please add the minimum work experience related requirements
4. SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage with medical professionals
• Solid understanding of the Polish healthcare system
• Fluent in Polish and English (both spoken and written)
5. EDUCATION
• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent) in a relevant scientific or medical field.

• Scientific Expertise: Deep understanding of the therapeutic area, clinical data, and scientific literature to communicate complex medical information effectively.
• Communication Skills: Ability to engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and internal teams, delivering clear, accurate, and impactful scientific presentations.
• Clinical and Research Knowledge: Expertise in clinical trial design, methodology, and real-world evidence generation, as well as the ability to interpret and communicate clinical data.
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with KOLs, healthcare providers, and research institutions to foster collaboration and information exchange.
• Regulatory and Compliance Awareness: Understanding of regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA) and industry standards to ensure all interactions are compliant with legal and ethical requirements.
• Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Ability to address complex scientific queries, provide solutions to clinical challenges, and adapt to evolving medical and scientific landscapes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working effectively with various internal teams such as clinical development, medical affairs, regulatory, and commercial to ensure alignment on scientific messaging and strategies.
• Strategic Insight: Ability to contribute to the development of scientific strategies that align with the company’s objectives, helping shape clinical trial designs, product messaging, and medical affairs initiatives.
• Presentation and Training Skills: Expertise in delivering presentations to diverse audiences, including scientific symposia, advisory boards, and internal teams, and providing training to colleagues on clinical and scientific topics.
