Opis stanowiska pracy
Self-directed managing interdisciplinary projects in the Medical Department, including responsibility for all aspects of project activities, providing support in project management, creating project schedules, and monitoring and coordinating activities between teams to effectively deliver project objectives. In particular:
- Managing communication with stakeholders in medical area (internal and external) by assigning tasks and communicating expected outcomes, continuously updating stakeholders, and managing the flow of information across the project team
- Cooperation in the configuration of the project team and coordination of activities in the medical department/activities supporting the achievement of project goals,
- Implementation of projects in the Medical Department, in particular related to the improvement and digitization of Pharmacovigilance processes and the implementation of AI.
- Implementation and determination of the scope of roles and responsibilities in projects related to the planned cooperation between entities in the group, within the scope of responsibility of the Medical Department
- Ensuring the timely completion of the overall design work necessary to deliver project assumptions. Define and define the scope and goals of the project. Regularly provides updates to various project stakeholders on the strategy for achieving objectives, adjustments, and project progress
- Ensure that project and process documentation are correct. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
- Ensuring the quality of information, its correctness and timeliness of project progress reporting, as well as ensuring the appropriate flow of information in project teams. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Providing a resource plan, managing the budget and schedule for ongoing/planned projects. Track project costs to meet budget targets.
- Supporting other functions/areas of the Medical Department in operational work in the field of planning, communication and reporting
- Higher education (preferred: medicine, pharmacy, biotechnology or related)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a project manager in a pharmaceutical/CRO/consulting company in the pharmaceutical area. Experience in managing projects in the area of Pharmacovigilance, Medical Affairs, Clinical Trials or R&D preferred
- Very good knowledge of MS Office. Experience in using applications using artificial intelligence will be an additional advantage
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations
- Creativity, independence and the ability to organize work well
