For our client, an innovative pharmaceutical company, we are currently seeking to fill the position of Medical Information and Pharmacovigilance Associate. If you are fluent in English and have work experience in an identical or similar position, please apply today.

Workplace location: Warsaw Włochy.

What we expect

• min. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role/ previous pharmacovigilance experience (min 1-2 years),
• higher degree in natural sciences (pharmacy, biotechnology, biology, nutrition, dietetics),
• excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills,
• professional English and Polish knowledge (written and oral), knowledge of medical terminology,
• high level end-user computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook), and database management,
• end user knowledge of medical databases (e.g. Medline) would be an asset,
• high degree of accuracy with attention to detail,
• good organizational and prioritization skills, keeping required timelines,
• cooperative team member player, good interpersonal skills.

Your tasks

• collection and management of adverse events, booking cases to safety database in eng,
• identification of queries containing either adverse events or product quality complaints and handling these in accordance with the appropriate standard operating procedures,
• tracking, filing and archiving pharmacovigilance documents,
• responding to medical/pharmaceutical inquiries regarding medical products and therapeutic areas in written and verbal manner using internal and external medical information databases and resources,
• close cooperation with Manager and Collaboration with local brand team and regional team,
• active participation in internal and external meetings to support knowledge sharing,
• periodic reporting of safety reports to authorities, etc.
