As a Medical Education Specialist in the Advanced Wound Care division, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering educational initiatives to support the effective use of advanced wound care products across Poland. This position focuses on enhancing the knowledge and skills of healthcare professionals (HCPs), ensuring they are equipped to provide optimal patient care while driving clinical and commercial excellence.

Your key duties and responsibilities:

  • Implementation of Strategy: Execution and implementation of medical education strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on specialized wound care therapies and products.
  • Program Development: Design and deliver high-quality educational materials, including training modules, presentations and digital content, tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals across Poland.
  • HCP Engagement: Organize and conduct training sessions, workshops and seminars for healthcare providers, fostering a deep understanding of advanced wound care solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Medical/Clinical, Marketing and Sales to ensure consistency and alignment in educational messaging. Provide support in collaboration with other countries within the CEE region if needed.
  • Clinical Insights: Stay up to date with the latest clinical research and guidelines in wound care to ensure education programs reflect current evidence-based practices. Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and integrate relevant insights into educational strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Measure the impact of educational initiatives through feedback, assessments, and program analytics, ensuring continuous improvement.

About You:

  • A background in life sciences, nursing, or healthcare (e.g., Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) is a must.
  • Experience in medical education, training, or a similar role within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry minimum 3 years.
  • Knowledge of wound care products and clinical applications is highly desirable.
  • English language skills at the level of at least B2 (speaking, writing/reading) is a must.
  • Strong motivation, accountability, and goal-oriented person.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Readiness for often travelling is essential.
