Overview
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a Medical Affairs Manager (MAM) Oncology to lead medical strategy and scientific leadership across designated oncology products in Poland. The role is a key partner with commercial, market access, regulatory, clinical, patient engagement and pharmacovigilance teams, ensuring alignment of medical activities with the CVT strategy and the Brand Plan Process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute medical strategy and tactics for assigned oncology product portfolio, integrating medical plan into the Brand Plan.
- Manage implementation of medical affairs activities, including critical path identification, budget tracking, and project deliverables.
- Design and implement educational activities for health‑care professionals in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring timely high‑quality expertise and alignment of actions across CVT members.
- Act as business partner for cross‑functional teams (Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory, Clinical Trials, Patient Advocacy, Pharmacovigilance) in scientific information and medical education.
- Engage in cross‑functional collaboration beyond the country, fostering an externally focused working environment.
- Ensure all medical activities comply with applicable guidelines, regulations, company procedures, and high ethical/quality standards.
- Build partnerships with scientific societies, patient organizations, and other external audiences to enhance medical visibility and impact.
Qualifications
- Medical Doctor, Pharmaceutical, or Natural Sciences university degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry as a Medical Affairs Manager.
- Experience in oncology medical affairs is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting scientific data and publications.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation and influencing abilities.
- Native local language speaker and fluent in English.
- Project management and organizational skills with a proactive, goal‑oriented mindset.
- High ethical standards and a customer‑focused, service‑oriented approach.
Mobility
80% local office‑based in Warsaw with 20% travel.
