We are looking for a talented media professional to join our team in Warsaw. The role involves:

• Planning and buying online and offline media
• Optimizing and reporting on campaigns
• Collaborating with specialized teams (performance, programmatic, social media)
• Negotiating with suppliers
• Managing client communications and creating recommendations
• Contributing to strategy development
• Analyzing market and industry trends

Requirements include:

• At least 2 years of experience in media planning and buying
• Knowledge of the advertising market
• Experience with media tools and analytics (Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, etc.)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Data analysis and strategic thinking abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• English at B2 level
